Re: For fastest results... hmmm well a 5/6 day am/pm split is what some people do year round others do it just for contests.
It depends on the person and there style of training.
I would say you need to work up to that level of volume though. like build it up gradualy.
And to be honest alot of the people doing routines like that are either doing it for short periods (like what was said prepareing for a film) or are on the cell tech. |
