Just a question I've been wondering. Anyone rate doing exercises twice on your 'on' days? You know the way you hear about some people who have to get in shape quickly or I've heard a few people say about it for comps. It would be totally draining but possibly if you worked opposing muscles and COULD do it anyone think that it's get more bang for your buck?
Looking to work out how I could squeeze out the biggest gains in 1 month with a plan including compounds and basic free-weight exercises n eating as much of the food I need as poss.
