well been putting loads of heat on the shoulder and its responding really well to heat, the elbow seems to be healing well im going start heat on this as well tonight. things are little sore still but hey bingo today i managed to pull my jeans up using two hands
in 2 weeks i start proper physio and this will defo speed things up, hoping to be back to light training by the end of May. so quite a long lay off, i wont know the extent of the shoulder injury till i go back.
tomorrow i start back on the treadmill and doing legs... going be interesting on how quick i recover..
Tall can you explain the peptides things mate...
actually i heard hgh may help with the healing process, any ideas?
