Re: maintaining muscle just make sure your overall calorie intake is high, to maintain your weight you need to take in as many calories as your burning off. this is quite tricky to work out though so just up your food by around 300-400 calories a day ( an hours high intensity cardio will burn this) and watch your weight if it still drops up it a bit more, if it increase decrease your calories, build and recover will help with this because its in liquid form and easy to digest.
