I'm pretty sure I can without issue.
I did have some discomfort when doing machine based leg extensions (and the opposite version, I forget the name)... but that was a while back.
I've done some squats in the past, but never done deadlifts.
I know theres a hotel gym near my new office, but experience tells me hotel gyms are usually small = gets busy easy!... so maybe home is the best option... |
