Re: training aches yes mate i train 3-4 body parts per workout with only one exercise per body part.
dudes there are different rules for training as a natty and on gear.
a fact that is usually forgotten.
if you are a genetically typical person you should treat the body as a whole as the body is not getting enuff rest to grow at its maximum.
imeho most peeps dont have the recovery abilities that are read about in most magazines.
most mainstream literature is based on AAS use routines.....
