Re: New here, appreciate any advice on my routine Haha, ok thanks for the advice, just did my Legs workout at the gym and it felt silly not doing Calves with them after what I have seen here. And then if I put calves into legs day that leaves a whole day free for shoulders, so that might as well be in one of the other days...which leaves me with a 3 day split.
I think I will do your routine.. The Routine Pull Day (Back and Bis)
Deadlifts
Chins (Palms facing) or Lat Pulldowns
Rows (Palms facing if you wish) Legs
Squats
SLDL
Calf Raises (Optional) Push Day (Chest,Tris and Shoulders)
Bench (Flat or Incline)
Overhead Press
Dips Or Close Grip Bench Press
Is that really enough exercises? Like can I not whack in some bicep curls etc?? |
