Re: Training I rest the individual bodypart entirely. I'm working on a different training programme right now as a natural where I have broken my workouts down into 6. I thus train my whole body over 6 workouts so roughly I only train each body part once every 9/10 days. I feel this gives a large recovery time whilst massaging my mental health by allowing me to train frequently. Also my lagging parts receive more focus and have improved noticeably. |
