whats best looking for whats best to do as im now looking to trim off abit off fat after bulking for the last 7 months or so.
I was doing a 3 day split with no cardio as such, although i do play roller hockey once a week.
Question is should i continue on a 3 day split and add in 2 cardio days per week or would i be better off training 1 bodypart then 30 mins cardio, 4 days a week - chest, back, bi's, tri's and on the 5th day train shoulders and legs. Hope that makes sense.
Whats people opinons on how much cardio i need to be doing?
