Hello all, thought I'd whack up an example of my daily diet and see if anyone can help me improve it. I know I'm pretty clueless when it comes to goals, I guess i'd just like to add a little bit of lean muscle but without being to bulky. I have been known to eat massive amounts of crap which i think is the reason I sometimes reta little water which makes me a bit unhappy about my appearance. anywho, here goes.
breakfast - rise and shine, 3-4 weetabix or shredded wheat, large mug of tea, 2-3 poached eggs, two slices wholemeal toast (no butter)
I train in the morning about 1 hour after breakfast, I will have a protein shake half way thru my training and then one on my walk home.
Lunchtime - 2 chicken breasts and a mountian of salad.
Add some olive
snack - either a bowl of soup with toast or a couple of eggs, boiled or poached. and a banana
Dinner - ussually something like a home made chilli with rice or stirfried noodles with chicken/prawns and a load of veg. (brocolli s my favorite, when u stirfry it, it absorbs all the flavour!)
I juice about 6 oranges and a grapfruit and drink that after dinner.
snack - a small portion of red melon seeds and ussually a couple of yoghurts, those muller one aday thangs.
will go to bed with another protein shake
