I have been known to eat massive amounts of crap which i think is the reason I sometimes reta little water which makes me a bit unhappy about my appearance. anywho, here goes.

breakfast - rise and shine, 3-4 weetabix or shredded wheat, large mug of tea, 2-3 poached eggs, two slices wholemeal toast (no butter)

I train in the morning about 1 hour after breakfast, I will have a protein shake half way thru my training and then one on my walk home.

Lunchtime - 2 chicken breasts and a mountian of salad.
Add some olive

snack - either a bowl of soup with toast or a couple of eggs, boiled or poached. and a banana

Dinner - ussually something like a home made chilli with rice or stirfried noodles with chicken/prawns and a load of veg. (brocolli s my favorite, when u stirfry it, it absorbs all the flavour!)

I juice about 6 oranges and a grapfruit and drink that after dinner.

snack - a small portion of red melon seeds and ussually a couple of yoghurts, those muller one aday thangs.

will go to bed with another protein shake

Any advise would be much apreciated - thanks in advance
Lunch - Add in some Olive Oil as a dressing to the salad.

Snacks should be P+F or P+C IMHO, try and avoid just C or C+F snacks.

A protein shake during training may cause too much blood to got the abdomen as opposed to the muscles where its needed. I've tried having a shake all the way through training - it didn't work for me.

PWO I'd go for P+C, perhaps have your protein shake with skimmed milk and a bit of honey.

Generally you probably need to eat more.
