Man just got the Sci Max MRF Growth stuff and boy is that stuff thick.
Did 1.5 scoop, recommended 2 scoops per serving.
Filled the shaker 50% with milk and it was waaaay to thick to drink, topped it up to 75% with water and still too thick and now it's rammed full and it's still thick but just about drinkable.
Maybe I'll just do it with water at all times! |
