Shaking like a sh1tting dog Hello all,
Just got back from the gym, it was one of my leg days today. Quick question, everytime I train legs after I've done a couple of sets of walking lunges (holding dumbells) my legs are shaking like crazy. Does anyone know why?? I used to get it after squating but I really notice it after those lunges. When I start getting these shakes, is that my body's way of tellin gme I've done enough?? |
