Greetings gentle people. Name of Zavier, I'm an ex-soldier British Army, and currently 69 years old. Got my weight down from 19 stone last year(embarassing as Im only 5 feet 7) to 15 now, by changing my eating regime. I attend the gym for between 60 and 90 minutes each day, doing weights and cardio, and have started taking a days rest each week as advised by my gym instructors.
