Right then, first post.
Been training good and proper for the past 4 months and have seen some small improvments, I'm 6'1 and around 11stone so as you can imagine I'm very much in the Peter Crouch body shape

.
My diet hasn't been the greatest, work hours kind of held me back but I changed them now and got a good diet in place, so that's gonna help a lot with the body being created in the kitchen not the gym!
Supplements.
Well I started off with that shitty H&B Whey 908g when it was £10.
Then I moved onto Schwartz labs 908g, got a good deal, 4 tubs for £30 quid, but it tasted like absolute shit and wasn't too keen on buying a blender.
What I wanna ask you guys is, I have a good diet in place, for me what would the best way of supporting it?
Weight gain, creatine and all that stuff scares me! Heard a lot of stuff about kidneys and being more aggressive you know and unsure about other supps apart from whey. So yeah what can you recommend?
