f@ck me,,,since i started taking these i feel F@cking strong..hahaha

my best incline press was 60kg 10 reps
70kg 6 reps
so now its, 60kg 12 reps
70 kg 8 reps
80 kg 4 reps ( 1st ever time at lifting this weight) well chuffed..lol
