Re: What are your top 5 compound exercises? Having given this a little thought mine would have to be
1. Power Clean and press - not really for bodybuilding but excellent for strength and conditioning as involves all major muscle groups.
2. Squat – great mass builder for legs and good overall core strength exercise
3. Narrow grip pulls – all the benefits of dead lift but more dynamic and involves legs and traps more
4. Incline bench press to neck – more stretch than traditional bench and targets upper chest
5. Bent over rows – good overall back exercise. |
