I've got to admit I've never seen anyone do Shrugs from behind either...
I'm doing 20rep Hise Shrugs at the moment - Shrugs with the Barbell on your traps. As its winter the grip in my hands is really sucky at the moment (too many broken bones) - but doign Hise Shrugs means I can shrug 160kg with good form, without my grip being the weak link in the chain...
