Equally no carbs in the morning is a great way to lose muscle. Even when using a TKD diet (time ketogenic) one of set times to eat carbs is first thing in the morning (the other two being pre and post workout). IMO do not use build and recover first thing but definitely eat steadily releasing carbs. |
