Re: Extreme Build and Recover Thats why its called Build and Recover as it's a post workout drink, however nothing stopping you from having it whenever you want to. If it were me id probably go with an MRP 1st thing in the morning and not a Build and Recover drink. Build and Recover is fast acting and gets into your system quickley as this is what is required directly after training. 1st thing in the morning your best of with slow releasing proteins and carbs, the same throughout the day id think. |
