My training is quite abit cause i am still in the military( in the marines so i am getting decent food down me ), yes i know its alot of over training but that can not not be helped
Monday- before breakfast group run/ evening chest/tri
Tuesday- evening- back and bi
Wednesday- circuit training in the morning/ evening legs
Thursday- Shoulders
Friday Group run in the morning
Weekends off
This is how its been for me for the past 8 years so its what i am use to, it may be bit of a shock for some but hey , this is how fit you gotta be if you wanna be the best lol
I know its a lot but i am getting more than enough good food down me after all its free.
