to be honest if you have done your research like you say then you should have realised that a deca only cycle isnt the best way to go
you are right as regards only using one compound for your first cycle its just that a stand alone test cycle will yield you far beter gains.
at the end of the day keep it simple especialy when it is your first cycle
also take some milk thistle for your liver when you start.
