Re: Squats and Deads on same day? I've done squats and deadlifts on the same day times, I find your performance can be dictated by which exercise you do first. On days when I have done deadlifts then squats, I'm so knackered after deads that my squating is a bit half hearted. I fint better to do squats first, but then, I'm a short arse and deadlift with predominatly my back. Nowadays I keep them seperate because I find them both so demanding. |
