1. Is my diet good i.e at least 2g of protein per kilo of bodyweight, 4g of carbs and 1g of good fats
2. Am I training intensly i.e can you complete a workout in 45 minutes and by the end of it you are completely shattered and could not lift anymore
3. Am I getting enough rest i.e. at least 6 hours sleep a night
4. Am I over 21.
If you can answer yes honestly to all these then you have done everything in your power to do it naturally.
No doubt you will try Dbol anyway but if you have all these in place first you will get 100% better results.
You cant grow without adequate Protein, Rest and INtense training.
I make no assumptions about your lifestyle but seriously answer those questions.
If you want to start a course then a 6 week course of 20-30 mg/day of DBol with a proper PCT will be acceptable with little or no side effects as long as you are careful. ______________________
