my diet ive been dieting for 4 weeks, but 2 weeks hardcore.mydiet consitis of
6.30 36 grams of porridge and 5 eggwhite omellete
9 whey
11 chicken and brocolli
2 chicken and brocolli
4 whey
5.30 train and 45 mins cardio at high pace burning over 350 cals
7 whey
8.30 chicken and brocolli or 5 egg white omellete
as u can see im living of 36 grams of carbs a day, i also have 2 cheat meals, 1 on a fri after i train and 1 sat morning after i do my cardio.
i do my weights mon, tue, thu and fri and i do cardio 6 days a wk.
i am taking 150 mg of tri trenabol a week, 100mcg of clenbuterol in which i finish in a wk and levothyroxine (not cytomel) 100 mg and ill will up it to 200 mg tommorow (thu 14th). at the moment i have stirations allover my body, i have a 4 pack its practically 6..
is my diet ok as im not competing or that i just thought it was time to get into good condition
