Get a second opinion ASAP!

It could be testicular torsion caused by the scrotum twisting.Its common in young men,i had it when i was 20.It hurts like hell.

Having this problem for a few months without a reasonable diagnosis(Dr thinks it MAY be due to a urine infection) is'nt good enough mate,not when your man grapes are concerned.

If it is testicular torsion and its not identified,the worst case scenario is that the twisting becomes so extreme that your conker's actually cut off there own blood supply,then die and have to be cut off!

Get a second opinion.
