i still feel fataiged and pumped just not to the extreme of doing one group at a time.

Otherwise I feel momentarily fatigued. If I did two chest exercises in a row my chest would be so fatigued that my performance on the second would be extremely poor. Open to suggestiosn though. I just do what feels right. Not offering an opinion as to what you should do just stating what I do. |
