I'm now around 16%bf and i'm going cardio and diet mad as i been adviced to try to get down to below 12% minimum, apparently higher bf% tends to increase to likelyhood of gyno problems. Which can happen even without AAS (beer etc lol). There is another thought tho, if you increase muscle heavily your body needs to use (burn?) your excess fat to support the extra weight of muscle. Personally i'm not taking a cchance, diet and cardio for me for a while longer. I'm going to earn this cycle and make my 1st go as best a poss.
