A lot of supps are like this so why waste your money, i used to buy pre workout drinks then one day i thought why am i buying this shit? i can work out just as good without it, but again like most i just got caught in all th hype.
A good whey protein and possibly MRP are essensial, the others are possibly a waste of money. Don't get caught in all the hype. |
I agree with alot of that, a lot of supps just don't give enough satisfaction to warrant their price tag. I'm not saying they don't work, but for me, I just can't justify the extra spending. Again, as with everything in bodybuilding, it depends on the individual, I really didn't notice any effect from a couple of creatine cycles but then I remember reading one of Gazz's posts saying that it blew his head off. I personally take the same combo of vitamins, minerals etc that I would take even if not in training.
