Alcohol and avoiding the gut Just looking at another thread... and thought id raise this as a question.
Like many of you on the board im sure, I drink alot!
Now drinking lager will directly increase calorific intake, and if like me you easily neck about 6-8 pints or so you can see the problem.
But could the solution be.. to just drink spirits instead????
Its alot less calories
What you guy think, i know its not a sensible solution but at least you can drink and not worry about highly increased calorific intake.
As I dont know about you, I like to drink and couldn't stop probably if i wanted to. |
