Boarder mate,
Before you attempt to quit again its imperative that you understand why you smoke.Of course you will know that it's the nicotine you are addicted too.But how and why?

Nicotine,i always thought was a mild sedative,and the reason peole smoke to chill themselves out.But it turns out its a stimulant!Whatever its effects are,its because of them that you are addicted.You smoke to relax,calm down and de-stress whatever,and are dependant on that smoke to acheive those feelings.You need to replace nicotine as your 'comfort zone' with something else.So think.What else do you do in your daily life that achieves relaxation?Find that thing and use it to replace smoking.
