Re: A Quick and (fairly) Basic Guide to Constructing a Cutting Diet basically add in 500 cals for bulking... and monitor how you respond... where those cals come from and at what meals they come into within your diet should be dependant on your job and training in my opinion. but im not the biggest lad around.. so maybe not the best to ask about bulking... give me 10 years and it might be a different story tho lol ______________________
