The only substance i can see there that could keep you awake would be your 5g dose of Creatine Monohydrate.I myself am extremely sensitive to CM.I really feel it,and if i took some before bed i'd be spinning under the duvet like Sonic the Hedgehog.But you sate that you take it in the morning,so there must be something else.Someone mentioned staying off the PC late at night,i think it was Cal,and thats absolutely right.Computer's,T.V.'s etc,stimulate the brain and keep you up,so if you're on here till 10pm looking for a cure for insomnia...
