the supplement i am taking at the moment are:

2- hyper-saturation creatine complex : MICRONIZED CREATINE: 1 SCOPP 44G ( 5G creatine monhydrate once in none working day in the morning and 1 scoop after work out the staff made by sport ast science
3- pro-tect : blend of gollagen hydrlysate and glucosamine sulphate by CNP PROFESSIONAL 1scoop 16 g once aday 1h before bedtime
4 - Micronized GL 3 ( L- Glutamine) 1 teaspoon just 1h before bedtime , the staff is made by AST SPORT SCIENCE
5- 100% egg white powder : 1 tablespoon in the morning and 1 in the evenind with the shake before bedtime
6- timed - release MEGA VITAMINS AND MINERALS 1 tablet a day 1 hour after work , made by holland and barrett
7- tribulus 1 tablet in the early morning, the sataa made by now sports
8- zma 1 tablet 1h before bedtime
9- flax seed oil 1 5ml 3 times a day
10- 1 vegeterian capsul cod liver oil 1 aday
i train 3 times a week no more than 60 minutes per session
monday- wedensday- friday
