Re: Suffering from a lack of sleeo?! I find I can't sleep if I drink a protein shake before bed unless I go straight to sleep. I decided to sack the evening shake all together. I have tried numerous methods to help with insomnia and from my experiance I would advise that u avoid any over the counter chemical sleep aids, I found they got me to sleep but i felt groggy the next day. I found taking a bath in the evening helped along with a mug of hot milk. I even tried stuffing a few sprigs of lavender in my pillow to see if that helped. |
