You can't really compare what Arnold did, it was 40 years ago and so was using the knowledge and products available at the time. How good how he could have been on todays knowledge and products?

Another comparison could be to use heaps of supps, look at Ronnie Coleman, Jay Cutler, Vic Martinez, etc compared to Arnold, Franco Columbo, Lou Ferrigno and co who used very little supplements.

Or to go a little further we could say do not eat like Arnold, Lou, Franco etc, they all drank milk, ate loads of eggs, they ate bread and hi glycemic carbs and other foods which are common sources of allergy/intolerance but yet had no focus on EFA's and other low GI foods which have only really came to light in the last 10 years.
