Cheers crazycal. Sure i understand, i'm not too concerned about the muscle right now i have a reasonable base and i can handle toning down for a few weeks. What i'm after is loosing bf%. If i get the call to turn up for a fitness test looking like billy bunter i may as well not bother. lol
I go in 5xweek because its the only way i can do it (i tend to miss days here n there and mess up if i don't), but i'll take your advice and go lighter for the duration of this err diet / experiment.
Tell you what tho the break from the beer alone will down those cals, i'd hazard a guess at 15 pints a week(min?!). What is it 300 cals/pint?
My muscle size can take it i'm sure, but it'd be damn nice to see it properly!
190lbs @ 5'9"
