Simon,people are correct,don't fuss too much with scales or you will demoralize yourself.Your overall bodyweight will fluck chew 8 in the short term.Mine does too.Its vital that you cut ou the junk and keep up the exercise regime.Less fat/calories in.More fat/calories out.Try taking a quick snap of yourself now and again in a months time.If you've kept it up you should see a noticable difference.Thats the best motivation you can get imo!
