Its experience, not opinion im putting forward here.Only a student would raise such a baseless query! The degree in registered Sport and Exercise Nutrition (RSENutr) that i obtained from the University of London in 1997 is where i have that experience from and the evidence is plain to see in the man in the avatar to your left. |
All macronutrients build muscle in one way or another, whether by stimulating direct protein synthesis, maintaining the fed state, or providing substrate for various hormones/etc. Granted, under normal conditions the glycemic index of a carbohydrate will affect the stability of blood glucose, however you have failed to highlight the significance of the effects of exercise (given you are discussing pre-workout nutrition).
If you start taking personal digs at me, either by having a tantrum rather than a genuine discussion, or attempting to read into my personal history (I am not even a student anymore), I assure you that you will be the one who ends up looking like an idiot. You brag about some degree that you have, but fail to display decent spelling/grammar, or understanding of research and referencing. Any idiot with good genetics can have a great physique, so quit thumping your chest, and justify your opinions properly.
