It is possible you've fractured one of the smaller bones in your wrists this has happened to me, both at the same time, I think I probably damaged them using poor form breaking boards but it presented as pain when pressing? I got some inzer wrist wraps to support them and carried on after a few months stopped using them as I figured the wrists had healed - If the pain is bad the sensible thing would be to get them checked out, I felt daft going to the doctors but when he suggested x-rays I was shocked I'd got fractures

ouch! i really hope i aint put myself out of action for a bit. They only hurt for around 30-60mins after, they just felt sore after that for a day or 2. erm... i dont use a smith machine but its a machine bench press. as in a little bar going across connected to slots of weights. il really try and make sure im watching my wrist moves. yes i do have relatively small wrists aswell, so i guess im putting too much strain on them not doing it properly. thanks for your comments mate
