I assume you would reduce caloric intake on days off, so we'd have:
Training days: fat = normal kcals - protein - appropriate carb intake
Non training days: fat = lower kcals - protein - appropriate carb intake
So in each case fat is 'the rest' of your calories. Are you competing again? |
