been on this a couple of days.
Ive only been going to the gym 2-3months. I'm also trying to lose fat, lost 2 and a half stone in 2 months

! I've started taking about 100-150grams of protein a day and yesturday started taking creatine. I'm now 11Stone 9Pounds. erm... love the gym and hope to learn loads here
