I gained weight while I was using it, but looking back, a big chunk of that was water - but I dont think that was related to to supp itself, just eating loads (carbs...) and newbie gains and some water weight from creatine.
As with a few of the supps I took, I think taking them just gave me a mental edge I needed to add weight to the bar each week and get my lifts up.
I'm about 245lbs now at maybe 14% (hopefully....) body fat so I'm leaner and heavier than when I started and taking less supps these days.
Just vits and whey+creatine on training days at the mo.
If you think it might work for you then give it a go. If you beleive in it enough you might get a few extra kgs on your bench/squat/dead sooner than you had hoped.
