I've put on a bit of a gut too. Cardio is 40mins a day fast walk with an incline. I like to run but, I've never seen a distance runner with big legs.
Weight training is light weight but high reps. 20-30 reps depending on what I'm working. I guess I'm trying to create a cardio affect from my weight training also to burn this gut off. Diet is clean, I know what to eat and what not to.
Current size is 6'2" 244 pounds Bicep measurment flexed is down to 17 inches Body fat is around 18% |
