Hi mate, Ive got big legs anyway and especially my calf muscles are really big and defined already, dont ask me why or how but they just are, (probably from carrying me around at 16st!) got a lot of heavy lifting and carrying upstairs at work which gives my legs quite a good burn 5 days a week so dont feel the need to train my legs to be honest. just wanna get my top half nice and toned.
Goin to Vegas in May so gotta get ripped by then!
