Question creatine/protein advice?

Hello chaps!
Ive been training for a good few months now and changed my diet in a big way which has made me go from 16st down to 13st 6lb without cardio!
Anyway, Im really enjoying doing my weights but am struggling to see any more improvement. I want to see my abs and get more definition on arms and chest but am struggling to get there.
Training is as follows;

Mon-Deadlifts, Chest, Shoulders, Abs
Tue-Biceps, Triceps, Abs.
Wed-Rest
Thu-Same as Monday
Fri-Same as Tuesday
Sat-Rest
Sun-Rest

Was thinking of maybe cardio on Wednesdays, that be good?

My diet is very clean but Im just not getting this last bit of excess off of my chest and stomach, I can really feel the muscle there when i tense it but I want to be able to see it.

Due to excellent ratings am thinking of trying Extreme Kr-Evolution and maybe an 'all in one' too. Sooo many supplements out there though so any suggestions on combinations would be great? Not looking to bulk up as im big build anyway, just wanna get more defined really.
