chest/tri's
back/bi's
legs/shoulders
i train biggest group one exersice and then small one exercise and repeat like that, sort of gives the biggest group a rest so i can hit it hard again.
iv found that now i train with this split i struggle more my bi's and tri's but if the muscle is getting hit well then i guess its doing it job. |
