I think what most people will advise is brisk walking on an empty stomach, I think it depends on ur fitness levels, I like to run at varying speeds, or put some time in on the cross trainer, that always helped me shift pounds. Other than that, u need to get ur diet sorted. I'm not sure what other more experianced members of this board think, but I personally don't like the idea of bulking up, I prefer to maintian a relaively low-ish body fat level and just build slowly, I'm sure others will prefer periods obulking and cutting etc, but I just don't like it (personal choice I guess). |
