Default Aching wrists.....

Wondered if anyone else has suffered from aching wrists after a biceps workout?

Everytime i finish a biceps workout (which i combine with a back workout) i always leave the gym with aching wrists. It generally occurs directly after doing a few sets of EZ-bar preacher curls.

Has anyone got any tips of avoiding this OR of strengthening your wrist muscles?
