then my tea later on at night after ive been sporting except when its mountain biking as it can take up to 2 hours to get there depending on the traffic, so when i do that ill usually have something packed =] |
to be fair, id say training (if done properly) 3 times a week would be sufficient...
but first you would need to take a look at your diet... with all that going on you will be burning off much more than you are putting in so you've no chance of really building any muscle..
i hate this phrase lol but go have a look at the stickys in the nutrition section - they will give you some idea of how you need to be eating.
