i'll give it a shot then YG. You obviously know what your talking about! So from next week my split will be:

Wed: Chest/triceps
Thurs: Back/Biceps
Sat: Shoulders/Traps
Sun: Legs

Just finished my back workout

Wide grip pullups +5kg - 6,6,6 plus 1 set BW 7
Bentover BB Row 72.5kg - 8,8,8
Deadlifts 131kg - 6,6,6 (Damn i'm weak!!!)
